RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite  right, please contact us for return assistance. 

Returns are accepted only after we confirm your request. We shall not be giving you  refund by the same method you used, the cost of the return instead will be put into our  webstore credit. Upon we confirm your return request, we ask that all the items returned  are clean, unworn and have all their tags on. 

Once your return has been received and processed in our warehouse center, you’ll be sent  a confirmation email to let you know. Please note that we do not offer an exchange  service. 

Bodies and pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 

Accessories like footwear & bags cannot be returned unless faulty. 

Please not that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores. 

We do not accept returns of garments purchased in store through our online returns  service. For updated information on returns & refunds, contact our customer service. 

Returns take a maximum of 14 days to reach our warehouse and be processed for a store  credit refund. Once we have confirmed and checked the return package, you’ll receive a  return confirmation email to let you know. If you haven’t received confirmation after 14  days, please contact customer service here with your proof of return and a list of the items  

returned.
