We offer Standard Home Delivery, whereby your parcel will be delivered within 3-5  business days, excluding goods clearance and payment processing times. During high  season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that we are not responsible for any  additional time incurred while your parcel is held by the third-party courier. 

Please note that your order is shipped from our warehouse at The Papilion, Kemang Raya  45 AA – Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. 


Our insurance service is a service provided to protect transactions that occur on our  website. We are partnering with JNE. By selecting insurance option, all transactions  risks will be covered starting from delivery process upon to when you receive your goods.  Risk protections include loss and damage to goods during delivery and via courier  handling. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage / loss caused by third party handlings, hence we recommend you to opt for insurance for your online  transactions. 

Tracking Order 

As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email  with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can  take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track  your order under ‘MY ORDERS’ when you log in at My Account. 

Collection/ Pick-Up If you have chosen Collection/ Pick-Up from our warehouse in Kemang, we will send you a confirmation via email/ WhatsApp when your order is ready. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to prepare your order. You have a deadline of 30 days to collect your purchase. In the case of collection, our team will need you to present your ID document and printed/ electronic receipt that is sent to your email during your pick-up.

Online shopping outside the location of residence 

We offer shipping to selected international destinations. Please note that all the prices,  delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the market you would  like your items shipped to.
